Why don’t they respond? HOW you ask is even more important than WHAT you ask

All of us, regardless of our line of work, ask for help on a daily basis:

“Would you consider a gift?”

“Would you join our board?”

“Would you attend our event?”

And all of us, regardless of our line of work, become frustrated when people don’t respond.
