One of the major influences in my adult life is my friend, Jim Whitt. Jim works as a management consultant and refers to himself as a professional provoker (a pretty good description, if you know Jim). In fact, it was Jim who provoked me to write my first book.
Jim recently shared a chapter from my life in an article published in the Calf News. Today, in a moment of vulnerability, I’m sharing his article with you. You’ll have to read, Is What You Do Important? to understand how manure became a point of connection for Jim and me. Enjoy!
In the article Jim mentions something you’ll be hearing more about soon: The Significance Project.
But in the meantime, I have to echo Jim’s question by asking, “Is what you do important?”
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Your friend,
Speaker, Author, Consultant, Executive Coach
PS: If you don’t already subscribe to Jim’s blog, I wholeheartedly recommend it. He might just provoke you in precisely the right way!
Hi there! Such a good article, thanks!
