I’m thrilled to announce that my COO, Kathy Wright, has been working diligently for 9 months completing the rigorous training offered through   The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. While she has been “coaching” for years (and yes, I have had the good fortune to benefit from her insightful questions and intuitive observations), this training kicks it up several notches. Kathy is now a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner with the tools and training to help people achieve their purpose, passion and greatest potential as leaders of their organizations and of their lives.

Kathy has two new personal development offerings this fall. One of these opportunities is open to anyone and the other is exclusively for CEOs/Executive Directors of charitable organizations.

Executive and Leadership coaching is her sweet spot and she LOVES coaching Executive Directors, Development Directors, Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs.
